Higher professional education;
Experience of work in the valuation firm and participation in valuation projects of large enterprise with fixed assets exceeding 5,000 units, including for IFRS purposes
Valid appraiser’s certificate in professional direction 2 “Valuation of integral property complexes, units, securities, property rights and intangible assets, including objects of intellectual property”;
Experience in preparing reports on valuation of intellectual property;
Knowledge of national/international valuation standards, financial analysis of enterprise, basics of accounting and IFRS;
Experience in presenting working results to auditors and other supervisory authorities;
Practical skills in tendering and customer experience.

Main functional responsibilities:
Independent evaluation in directions 2.1, 2.2 and preparation of Valuation Report;
Organization of appraisers and assistants’ work in the project
Participation in negotiations with clients on the methodology for evaluating and collecting input;
Presentation of evaluation results;
Participation in project teams on consulting clients together with auditors, lawyers, analysts.
