PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE has approved a new law on 22.06.2012, № 5026-VI, which regulates the procedures of the organizations of employers, their associations, the rights and guarantees of their activity. This law defines the legal, economic and organizational framework for the establishment and operation of employers, their associations, peculiarities of legal regulation and guarantees of their activity, as well as the basic principles of interaction with government bodies and local authorities, trade unions and associations, other public associations, enterprises, institutions and organizations.
The law came into force on 05.08.2012 year.

STATE TAX SERVICE, by the order dated 14.06.2012 № 516 has provided methodological recommendations for acceptance and computer processing of tax returns taxpayers in the STS of Ukraine.
STATE TAX SERVICE in letters dated 15.06.2012, the № 10075/6/15-3415-26 and № 16675/7/15-3417-26 noted that the operation of the supply (sale, transfer) of the property along with the land which is under such an object and is accounted in the total value of the property, subject to VAT on general grounds.
