PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE adopted the Law of Ukraine from 05.07.2012 №5070-VI “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine as for the termination of land use for public needs”, which is aimed at resolving issues related to exclusion land for public purposes (for example, national security and defense provision, protective hydrotechnical constructions building, public parks creation, preschools, recreational grounds, stadiums building). In order to achieve this goal there were made changes to the Land Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine 'On Land Lease' and 'On the alienation of land and other immovable property located thereon, which are private property for public use or to satisfy public necessity.'
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by resolution from 29.08.2012, № 802 approved the transformation procedure from state unitary commercial enterprise into corporation. In particular, in the order there is a list of documents and required actions necessary for such transformation. It is envisaged that the transformation is managed by committee, formed by the founder within two weeks from the date of the taking decision of transformation and consists of not less than 5 members.
NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE by resolution from 27.07.2012, № 321 approved amendments to the Regulation onstabilization loans for financial institutions of Ukraine. In particular, the period of stabilization loan for solvent bank to support liquidity is extended till two years (the previous version of document provides no more than 90 days). It is determined that NBU has the right to take decision on continuation the period of use the stabilization loan till one year (the previous version of document provides no more than 90 days), and total duration of use the stabilization loan including all renewals of its use may not exceed five years (according to previous version – 360 days, and in case of real treat of stability of bank work – 450 days).
Also it is noted the list of documents that the bank must submit to NBU to get stabilization loan, restrictions and requirements on bank activities that should be included to the loan agreement.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by resolution from 05.09.2012, № 818 approved the Order of service of citizens nutrition in health facilities, operations of which are exempt from VAT.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE adopted a resolution from 13.08.2012, № 794 concerning 'Question of declaration the change of wholesale prices of medicines and medical products, which are purchased from the state and local budgets.'
MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE by the order from 15.06.2012 № 731 approved the Procedure of reimbursement for storage of goods and vehicles at the customs warehouses, the order of costs calculation in cases of violation of customs regulations and their compensation and reimbursement for storage Dimensions customs warehouses of goods and vehicles.
MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE by the order from 30.05.2012 № 634 approved the Procedure of registration of persons engaged transactions with goods, where is the procedure for taking by the customs authorities physical entities for registration (except physical entities who are not entrepreneurs) that perform operations with goods (hereinafter - the persons performing operations with the goods), as well as requirements for design, usage, storage, revocation card account of the person who performs transactions with goods.
MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE by the order from 22.06.2012, № 759 approved the form of a Tax declaration on income (profit) of the insurer.
MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TRADE OF UKRAINE took the order from 19.06.2012, № 724 'On approval the form of project (investment) proposal, on which it is prepared an investment project for the development of which may be public support, Procedure and forms of development of project, implementation of which may be provided by governmental support'.
MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE by the order from 17.08.2012 №519 made changes in the Procedure of organization of regular, irregular and shuttle passengers transportation by automobiles in international traffic (approved by the Ministry of transport of Ukraine from 09.02.2004, №75). It is found that for consideration of appeals and making decisions about opening, closing, changes to the acting route, the extension of permits for regular international routes shall be formed commission, which includes representatives of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the State inspection of Ukraine on security for land transport (hereinafter – Commission). Members of this Commission are approved by the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
NATIONAL COMMISSION OF SECURITIES AND STOCK MARKET adopted decision from 19.04.2012 №557 State register of securities issues.
NATIONAL COMMISSION, CARRYING OUT STATE REGULATION IN ENERGY, by the order from 31.08.2012, № 1160 'On the price limitation of natural gas for industrial consumers and other entities' determines the maximum price level of natural gas for industrial consumers and other entities excluding value added tax, collect the approved tariff for natural gas as a surcharge, the rates for transmission, distribution and supply of natural gas at regulated tariffs at 3509.00 UAH per 1000 m3.
NATIONAL COMMISSION engaged state regulation of financial markets services, by the order from 17.07.2012, № 594 approved the Regulation on ensuring the right of access to public information in the National Commission, which performs state regulation of financial markets. Access to public information in Natcomfinservices is ensured through systematic and prompt information disclosure: in official publications Natcomfinservices, at the official website in the Internet, at the stand, in any other way, and also by providing information on request for information. Applicants have the right to access to information in a special cabinet of the Natcomfinservices for applicants with documents containing public information, may request orally, in writing or in another form (by mail, fax, phone, email) ect.
