Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine "On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to cancel registration of the declaration of conformity" of 02.10.2012, № 5312-VI. The law states that the manufacturer must accompany the product Declaration of Conformity, if it is established technical regulations for the relevant product type. Additionally, from Article 32 of Law of Ukraine "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures" excluded provisions regarding registration of the declaration of conformity and the order of their registry and provide information on registered declarations.

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine of 02.10.2012, № 5316-VI, which amended to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding to forms of documents of strict accounting and reporting. Established that this type of economic activity as form production accounting documents are not subject to licensing.
Also excluded from the legislation provisions under which certain forms and documents belonged to strict accounting and reporting, namely forms Protocols checking the technical condition of the vehicle, licenses, license card, travel and transportation documents, statements from the Unified State Register of warehouse receipts , acts of expropriation or seizure of property, as well as sanitary-epidemiological certificate, certificate of compulsory social insurance, a policy of compulsory insurance of civil liability, the certificate of suitability for human consumption, driving the insured and others.

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine of 02.10.2012, № 5402-VI "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on improving the mechanism of regulation and greater responsibility in the field of waste management".
In particular, Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences provides fine for dumping untreated (untreated) waste to citizens from 20 to 80 NMDH and officials business entities - from 50 to 100 NMDH.
Repeating a year of committing this violation shall result in a fine to citizens from 80 to 100 NMDH and officials entrepreneur - from 100 to 200 NMDH.
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine of 02.10.2012, № 5405-VI, in accordance with which the changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the implementation of economic commitments. Act amended the provisions of Civil and Commercial Code, Law "On Enforcement Implementation". Changes relating to the settlement of the legal consequences of the invalidity of the loan agreement referred to Article 10571 of Civil Code.

Verkhovna Rada Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine of 02.10.2012, № 5407-VI, according to which subject of a new amended Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of activities in the field of technology transfer",which defines the legal, economic, organizational and financial principles of state regulation in the field of technology transfer, namely defined subjects of technology transfer and cooperation, information support technology transfer order transferring property rights to technologies developed for the budget, especially the conclusion of agreements on technology transfer, financial and economic support activities in transfer technologies.
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 № 5450-VI "On state support of software industry". The law is aimed at creating an enabling environment of software industry of Ukraine for creating high-performance jobs, attract investment, increase production of high-tech products, high technology exports and encourage import substitution, the implementation of scientific and technological potential of Ukraine.

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Decree of 11.05.2012, № 1013 1013 amended Decree of the Cabinet Ministers of Ukraine dated January 6, 2005 № 5. In particular changed the name "On Approval of the maximum amount of insurance payments for international agreements compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles".
The notes revealed that the size of the insurance payment under the contract of international compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles calculated in UAH based on the official exchange rate to euro of National Bank of Ukraine on the date of signing the contract

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Decree of 29.10.2012, № 1009 amended paragraph 3 of the Procedure define the term and conditions of completing transactions imported without import goods into the territory of Ukraine. In particular, it was noted that the import transactions of residents without import goods into the territory of Ukraine is considered complete if either of the following conditions:
- Transfer of proceeds from non-resident to resident's account with an authorized bank in case of sale of goods resident outside Ukraine;
- Submission of documents confirming the use of the goods resident outside Ukraine, listed by National Bank of Ukraine.
Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the letter dated 03.10.2012, № 10910-0-26-12/83 on exports of products containing genetically modified organisms, said that the list of goods (with their description and code according to УКТ ЗЕД) , and also for issuing permits and their treatment with the use of information technology approved by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
National Bank of Ukraine by letter dated 05.11.2012, № 18-312/6489-10411 18-312/6489-10411 "On compliance with Procedure for Disclosure banking secrecy", which specifies that the provisions concerning registration requirements of the relevant state agencies to receive information containing banking secrecy does not apply to judgments.
