THE PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE approve Law of 22.09.2011 №3778-VI “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the prohibition of advertising, sponsorship and promotion of tobacco products”. In particular, it is forbidden to pass commercial information, advice or action, the purpose of which is to promote tobacco products or tobacco usage. In addition, failure of these requirements of Art. 156 of the Administrative Code provides penalties. This Act will be valid in 6 months after its publication.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by the resolution of 17.09.2012 №859 declared marketing period 2012-2013 on the basis of information from NBU about the level of average interest rate, which actually was 01.05.2012 according to bank credits, granted up to 12 calendar months and fully secured by fee for the usage of budget loan for grain producers within the regime of state mortgage purchases of 6,8% per year.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by the order of 19.09.2012 №869 presented in a new version the Criteria for assessing the risk from business activities for sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and determining the implementation of planned measures of state supervision (control) of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service and its local bodies.
DEPOSIT GUARANTEE FUND by the order from 09.08.2012 №16 approved the Regulation on inspection procedure of Deposit guarantee fund participants. Banks and their branch offices will be examined for the object of: the reliability of provided reports; completeness and timeliness of penalties; completeness and accuracy of the database of contributors and other. The inspections can be as scheduled as unscheduled. The decision comes into force from 22.09.2012.
DEPOSIT GUARANTEE FUND by the decision from 07.09.2012 №29 has determined that an increase in the size of funds on deposit, including interest, at the expense of the Deposit Guarantee Fund to 200 000 UAH spreads on banks decided to revoke the banking license and the appointment of a liquidator, after such a decision until its official publication. Investors of these banks have the right to apply to the Fund for receipt of refund of deposits till 31.12.2012. The decision came into force from 20.09.2012.
