NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE by decision from 11.07.2012, № 291 'On amendments to the instructions on the procedure for opening, using and closing accounts in national and foreign currencies' established:
- from current account in foreign currency of resident legal entities of the account holder disposal carried out the transactions on the transfer of foreign currency from Ukraine for pay entrance fees or membership fees (one-time and periodic) to ensure the ongoing activities of non-resident legal entities;
- on current accounts in foreign currency of resident private individuals enter currency earned by the account holder from transactions with redemption bond internal government loans of Ukraine denominated in foreign currency and / or payments on them income;
- on current account in foreign currency non-resident private individual not enter financial aid. State aid and social payments make on account of social security funds, and financial assistance to employees enroll in current accounts in national currency for non-resident private individuals.
