MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE by order from 07.07.2012, № 807 made changes to the instructions of business trips within Ukraine and abroad.
The order came into force 31.08.2012.
MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE by order from 07.07.2012, № 817 approved the procedure for filling out documents for transfer in case of payment (penalty) to the budget, implementation of the refund of value added tax, the return of funds, erroneously or excessively credited to the budget.

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TRADE OF UKRAINE by order from 22.05.2012, № 601 'On approval of the Instruction on registration materials on administrative offenses' established the procedure for materials registration and review of cases about an administrative violation by Officials of the State Inspection of Ukraine on Consumer Protection and its regional bodies, which related to the violation of the law on consumer protection, prevent and reduce tobacco use and its harmful effects on health of population and Market Supervision within the scope of their responsibility.
Also approved a protocol on administrative violations, which authorized officials compose in the cases:
- violations of the of the law about protection rights of citizens-consumers;
- violation of the legislation on market surveillance and general product safety.

MINISTRY OF SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE by order from 16.07.2012 . № 438 approved the form of documents to provide a one-time only financial support of disabled and unemployed low-income persons. These documents include:
- Application for a one-time financial assistance;
- Protocol Commission's decision to provide assistance;
- Registry of payments (transfer) services;
- Report on the use of budget funds for the payment (transfer) care.

PENSION FUND OF UKRAINE by decision on 19.07.2012, № 12-1 approved order cancellation penalties and fine taxpayers, who fulfilled the conditions of the contract of installment amounts debts with payment of insurance contributions, and the form of contract sums debts with installment payment of insurance contributions.

STATE TAX SERVICE in connection with amendments to paragraph 201.1 Article 201 of the Tax Code of Ukraine by the letter dated 21.08.2012, № 1272/0/71-12/15-3117 reported about additions required details of the tax bill.
STATE TAX SERVICE in the letter dated 23.08.2012, the issue of mapping the book income amount of own funds, which is replenished through private individual-entrepreneur, opened for business on a simplified system of taxation, said that such funds are included in the gross income of the entrepreneur.
