“De Visu” Audit Firm has confirmed the compliance with criteria specified in section four of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Political Parties” and has been accredited by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption as an audit firm that has the right to conduct an audit of political parties
Thus, “De Visu” is included in the Register of audit firms and auditors, which is kept by the Auditors' Chamber of Ukraine. The firm has many years of experience in audit services provision to business entities. There are more than 20 professional certified auditors practitioners in its structure and its professional activity is insured. These characteristics and others have been taken into account by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption in the formation of the list of audit firms authorized to inspect the political parties.
Today, eight audit firms are included in the list
It should be reminded that the political parties, which were the electoral subjects in the elections of the President of Ukraine, elections of people’s deputies of Ukraine or those, which took part in regular and special local elections, as well as political parties that receive public funding, are required to be under external independent financial audit of the reporting on property, income, expenses and liabilities of the financial character in the year following the year of such elections or receipt of public funding.
