'De Visu' Audit Firm Private Joint Stock Company operates on the market of audit services for 20 years, specializing in serving public sector companies. 'De Visu' performed a number of important tasks for such enterprises - from accounting setting up, statutory audit conducting, financial planning to support the restructuring and reorganization of the state enterprises.
It is known that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its Resolution of 04.06.2015, № 390 'Some issues of audit conducting of entities in the public sector' approved criteria by which audit firms might be involved in the audit of the financial statements of some state enterprises.
'De Visu' meets the criteria set by Resolution №390, and has the right to provide services for
state enterprises, asset value of which, according to the financial statements for the last financial year, more than 250 million UAH, in particular:
- the audit firm is included into the Register of audit firms and auditors by № 1373;
- the audit firm has experience in providing audit services to business entities of different industries;
- the audit firm employs about 40 staffers - among them directly are involved in providing audit services, have the certificate of auditor, work on a full-time basis with concluding labor agreement 20 employees;
- annual income of the audit firm for the past three years accounted for at least 3 million UAH;
- professional activity of the audit firm is insured for 10 million UAH.
