Publishing house "Factor" hold its annual seminar on the major changes in domestic legislation
The event has been traditionally attended by consultants “De Visu” Group.
During the seminar, has been discussed in detail the features of filling in of new forms of the Declaration on the VAT (value added tax), including error correction mechanism for previous reporting periods, the issues related to normal prices, income tax, unified social contribution, the recently adopted law on employment, etc.
Attention has been paid to annual reporting period and advance payments of income tax, tax differences. Recall, that for the companies that have received income for 2012 less than 10 million UAH, and work as agricultural producers and non-profit organizations, the tax accounting period will be a year, and advance payments for 2013 they don’t have to pay.
Business entities, in which in 2012 the income exceeded 10 million UAH, are required to make monthly advance payments of income tax at the rate of 1/12 of income for 2012. It has been also noted, that from 2013 a period which shall be verified by documentary audits by tax authorities, shall be the whole year, not quarters, as it was before.

Have not been unnoticed and changes to the Tax Code, which came into force in 2013. Audience particularly interested in a question of “electronic” inspections and benefits for operations carried out by IT industry entities.
All the questions, that appeared during the seminar have been answered by reference to norms of the legislation. After the seminar has been a discussion of the themes, where the participants could express their opinions and share experiences with colleagues.
