De Visu has assessed the group's activities of for 2023 and developed long-term plans for the next year.
In almost two years of full-scale invasion, all companies had to restructure their operations taking into account external risks. If 2022 was a year of waiting and gradual resumption of work, then 2023 can be considered a year of transformational changes.
De Visu has began a confident transition to the use of innovative technologies, which makes it possible to consolidate documents and work remotely on projects for the entire team without wasting time and resources. The war accelerated the transformational processes that had begun during the pandemic and tested their effectiveness in practice.
Customer-centricity has become a guideline in interaction with service customers. Empathy, attention to the situation in a specific region and working conditions of partner companies made it possible to establish communication more effectively and increase customer loyalty.
All De Visu’s specialists aim at long-term cooperation with service customers, therefore they make sure that each cooperation has an updated map of interaction with the client, takes into account individual characteristics and goes through restructure during joint work.
De Visu is working on replenishing “stability markers” for the team, customers, and partners. This is important for building long-term plans for joint activities.
The main reference point for further work in the conditions of war is the approaching victory of Ukraine. For this reason, every specialist of the group of companies makes every effort to support both the business of clients and the work of state-owned companies. Their activity is an indicator of the stability of the economy, which currently needs to be maintained, and in the future work to update the indicators and increase them.
Oleksandr Boiko, President of De Visu Group, noted:
“Every day, every member of the De Visu team works for the common goal of the entire country. We are ready to creatively search for solutions for the sustainable work of the companies we work with and prompt responses to external challenges. We are hardened by long-term crises, and therefore, we are able to build and implement ambitious plans for the next year, no matter how difficult it may be. We believe in the best and work for victory."
