One of the priorities of "De Visu" is to provide comprehensive services in the field of litigation
Lawyers of the group willing to represent clients in courts of all jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and to protect their honor, dignity, and business reputation.
For improvement knowledge and expansion of business relations president of "De Visu" Group Oleksandr Boiko and partners responsible for the development of legal and consulting fields participated in the First Judicial Forum, organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association.
The main purpose of the meeting has been to discuss urgent problems arising during protection in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal cases. The forum has been divided into four sessions devoted to a chosen field of procedural law.
During the sessions, attention has been paid to discussion of the status and trends of economic procedural legislation of Ukraine, further ways and problems of its transformation, the main trends of cases proceeding, involving public authorities in administrative courts, correlation and separation of powers and competence of Supreme Court of Ukraine and other high specialized courts, the practice of application decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, etc.

The leading lawyers of the country, specializing in the relevant fields of law, law machinery representatives, academics, and government representatives shared own experience with colleagues.
