CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by the resolution from 24.09.2012 №880 amended the measure to stabilize the prices of medicines and medical devices as defined by Resolution from 17.10.2008 №955. In particular, there were approved the limits for profit margin not more than 10% (in the previous version – 12%) and marginal trading (retail) allowances based on the purchase price which are not exceed specified by resolution price of medicines and medical supplies included in the National list of essential drugs and medical devices (except narcotic, psychotropic drugs, precursor chemicals and medical gases) and the obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines and medical supplies for pharmacies. The regulation comes into force from 1 January 2013.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by resolution from 26.09.2012 №855 introduced changes to the Procedure of penalties for violations of the legislation on advertising of procedures, conditions and grounds for the penalty.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by resolution from 24.09.2012 №878 provided that in case of need to determine the proportion of raw materials, plant and equipment, works and services of Ukrainian origin in the cost of construction of electricity generating facility that produces electricity using alternative energy sources, to confirm their Ukrainian origin at the customs territory of Ukraine, it’s necessary to use the certificates of goods origin, issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine or regional chambers of commerce in due course.
CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE by resolution from 24.09.2012 №879 introduced changes to the Procedure of State forward purchases of grain in terms of grain supply and settlement; the list of documents should be attached with the producer’s application who wanted to sell grain at a forward purchases, etc.
MINISTRY OF SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE by the order from 22.08.2012 №514 introduced changes to the Procedure for granting subsidies for employers to create more jobs for the unemployed, the subsidy is not available for employers who at the date of treatment: are registered as taxpayers of single contribution for mandatory state social insurance less than 6 months failed to perform standard jobs for people with disabilities; during last 6 months there was reduced the number of employees of the profession for unemployed, and physical entities - entrepreneurs if they did not use hired labor during last 6 months and more. The order shall come into force from the date of its official publication.
MINISTRY OF SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE by the letter from 27.08.2012 №261/10/136-12 reported the following. If the salary increases less than the sum of indexation, the salary should be increased and added the amount of indexation determined based on the amount of salary increase. Indexing sum and therefore a fixed amount of indexation is determined by indexation of salaries below the subsistence minimum. If the employee worked part-time last month, the amount of indexing and therefore a fixed amount of indexation is paid in proportion with indexing days. However, a fixed amount of indexation is not paid only for the month in which there was not worked any day.
STATE CUSTOMS SERVICE OF UKRAINE by the letter from 24.09.2012 №11.1/1.2-16.3/10646-EP noted that since the entry into force of the Customs Code of Ukraine (06.01.2012) legislative basis as for control by customs authorities the registration certificate of foreign contracts at Agricultural Exchange and the availability at the foreign economic contract information about its registration at Agricultural Exchange during customs clearance of agricultural products are available.
